Doorway Chin Up Bars

Home Gym Review were skeptical before we even had a good look at the Door Gym.
We have seen too many doorway chin up bars that give you nothing but chin ups and destroy your doorframe in the process.
The Door Gym really is an ingenious twist on all of the other doorway chin up bars. Using a curved frame, your own body weight creates a cantilever effect that secures it into standard residential doorways 24" to 32" wide without using any screws etc.
The beauty is you can put it up and pull it down in less than a minute.
How many doorway chin up bars can claim that?
What's more is you can do a normal chin or a close grip chin with your palms facing each other for the middle of your back. Then drop it the bottom of the doorframe to act as a sit up spotter during your ab workout.
And finish off by putting it on the floor and doing deep push ups (designed for push ups as well). Still not satisfied?
Get the wide grip accessory and you can do wide grip behind and in front of the head chins.

its a lot more than the usual. That is you can do four different kinds of chins (if you have the wide grip accessory), sit ups and push ups.
not a permanent fixture. Doesn't require screws and so wont damage the doorframe

Cons
Overall
If you're specifically looking for a doorway chin up bar, the Door Gym is the best.
If you want to train your whole body look for something that has at least one exercise for your legs since they are half of your body and often overlooked. Of course you could cross-train the door gym with a jogging schedule.

)N.B. The wide grip accessory (called the Broad Reach Bar) is an additional $14.99. Home Gym Review recommend you get it because the wider your grip the wider your back will become. And it has actually gone down in price by about $5
