Discount smith machines.The MEGA Smith System is a classic combination smith machine home gym. And at the moment they are are also discount smith machines. This home gym (if you could call it that) is amazing. It really is like 3 gyms in one. You get:

Equipment
Now this is going to be a long list. Are you ready? OK, here we go

rust proofed, powder coated, chip and scratch proof, heavy steel frame

nylon coated, 2000lb tested cables

heavy duty pulleys, self-oiling bushes and dust proofed sealed bearings all industrial grade

laminated wood backed bench padded with high density foam. All covered with moisture resistant, heavy duty, marine grade vinyl. The bench is free standing (not attached to the gym) and fully adjustable (including decline). So it is great for all of your dumbbell exercises

smith machine with Olympic smith bar for chest or shoulders or legs or calves or back or butt. You can do so much on one of these that some people only buy a smith machine. Just like the guy here from Home Gym Review (sorry Jay....ha, ha, ha)

power rack with height adjustable gun racks for everything you can do on the smith plus more. For example lunges, dead lifts and bicep curls

cable cross-overs for chest or abs or anything else you can invent. Cable cross-overs, for us at Home Gym Review, are a dream. We love them. Nothing will give you a valley between your pecs (chest muscles) or bring out the striations like a cable cross-over (I'm starting to wish I bought this gym!)
