If using cheap home gyms like Mia Finnegan's Full Circuit Trainer is all it took to look like she does ....what a wonderful world it would be...... your lucky you can't here me sing! Unfortunately for us it takes a lot more than just a cheap home gym. But if you are on a budget than a cheap home gym is a great place to start.Mia Finnegan's Full Circuit Trainer uses 3 rubber bungee cords to provide the resistance. It has 6 levels of resistance from 6 to 42lbs. The bench is adjustable and able to support a maximum of 250lbs (that's about 2 Mia Finnegan's). You can train every major muscle group via 20 possible exercises.

Best of all this, cheap home gym is tiny and very light (see "Pros" below for our opinion on that).

Equipment

  • steel frame
     padded adjustable bench
     rubber bungee cables
     2 hand grips

  • 35 minute workout video
  • Size

    Folded - 22"(length) x 27"(width) x 25"(height)
    Unfolded (ready to use) - 38"(length) x 27"(width) x 12"(height)

This cheap home gym weighs in at an amazing 25lbs!

    Warranty

90 day limited manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor

    Pros

  • obviously the #1 pro of this gym is its size. Folded it even has a carry handle. Training in your bedroom and you hear something good on TV in the next room....... fold, move to the TV room, unfold and resume training before the commercials finish
  •  cheap
  •  quiet
  •  light

  • comes with instructional video
  • Cons

  • maximum resistance isn't much (42lbs each side)
  •  the bench is short

  • we'd be happier if the warranty was a bit longer
  • Overall

Must say we were surprised by this cheap home gym. Mia Finnegan's Full Circuit Trainer offers good a good workout for a small initial outlay of money. If you are interested in toning your body than this cheap home gym will do it.

But saying that, we don't recommend you buy this gym if you are taller than about 5'8", or planning on training only for strength. You will get stronger but you may find that after a while you want to lift something heavier.
