Pros

• The outstanding feature of this ProSpot Fitness gym is the Grab and Go "spot"-less technology. More than once have I rescued someone from under a barbell. • the bench can be adjusted to a declined position
   
• you can virtually all of the exercises you can do in a squat rack but without needing to re-rack the bar

Cons

• this gym needs electricity. If you don't have power the barbell will remain locked
• you will to buy and store your own weight plates

Overall
