These are 2 of the best home gyms from the under-rated MEGA line of equipment. Except for the extra station on the MEGA 4 Station Multi-Gym, a leg press machine, the MEGA 3 Station and 4 Station are the same gym.
All of us here at Home Gym Review agree that this type of home gym design (particularly the 4 station) is one of the best home gyms to purchase because it has everything you would need for a full body workout. Not only that, but for each muscle group there are a number of possible exercises. That's sure to keep you interested and help you to work around plateaus. Plus with 4 stations you could train with friends, family or team mates.

There are more exercises you can perform with these gyms but we have listed the main ones. Low and high (lat pulldown) cables allow for lots of different exercises.
Size
For what they hold these 2 of the best home gyms are pretty space efficient.
The MEGA 3 Station Multi-Gym is 82"(height) x 77"(width) x 86"(length) but MEGA recommend that you use an area of about 96" x 96" x 96". Including the weight 200lb weight stack it weighs in at 560lbs, not bad for a big gym.
The MEGA 4 Station Multi-Gym is 82"(height) x 110"(width) x 86"(length). The link we provide for this gym say it is the same size as the 3 Station but obviously that can't be correct. We "guess-timated" you would need about an extra 30" so the recommended training area would be 96" x 129" x 96". With the leg press it is only 30lbs heavier at 590lbs.
Warranty
Lifetime on all components! Now that is confidence, MEGA obviously stand behind these gyms.
Pros
Where do we start? We really like these gyms and for the price range they are 2 of the best home gyms around.
good value
3 or 4 stations
squat station - a big plus
lots of equipment
lots of possible exercises
everything is excellent quality
lifetime warranty
not too heavy
Cons
We had to say something here.
only one weight stack. You can train with friends on this gym but only one person can use the weight stack at a time. This limits the other trainers to exercises using the dip/knee raise frame, but of course this is no biggy. While one rests the other trains.
Overall
A great gym in design and materials. What puts this gym ahead of others is the squat station. Too many home gyms don't have one, but squats will build more muscle and be kinder to your knees than leg extensions any day of the week.

If you are interested in a good multi-station gym, the very best home gyms I have ever seen are the Titan T1 from Fitcore. It is expensive but I guarantee it's better than anything you have seen before.
