The team at Home Gym Review are Jackie Chan fans. He seems to be a man you can trust and unlikely to endorse something he doesn't believe in, so we decided to take a look at the Cable Flex Jackie Chan System which he endorses.

The Cable Flex Jackie Chan System is basically a portable low cable machine except there are 2 cables instead of 1. A small box houses the cables and the box sits on a narrow rigid mat. By putting some of your weight on the mat while exercising you stop the gym from moving.

Overall

Of the gyms we've seen for less than $100 this system is one of the best. Home Gym Review says if Jack likes it, we do too! Perhaps its just a case of gullible hero worship but we believe he has too much integrity to endorse a piece of junk.
