The single station EXM-2750S is a classy piece of Body Solid home gym. It has all the exercises that other single station home gyms have but Body Solid have gone out of their way to make this model better than the rest. Home Gym Review like to think of it as an executive model. If you can afford the finer things in life than spend some time learning about the Body Solid home gym EXM-2750S.
What's so great about this gym?.......Bi-Angular Technology.
Body Solid continue to be among the leaders in home gym design innovation. They have developed and patented a new technology they call "Bi-Angular Technology". Through a complex system of linkages they have created exercise movements with the press arms resembling the natural movement path of targeted muscles. Besides being extremely comfortable, it can actually increase the benefit of the exercise by 25%. For example, the natural action of the pectorals (chest muscles) is to bring the arms together in the front of the body. But with most home gyms this doesn't happen so the end of the press is partially completed by secondary muscles such as the triceps (back of arm). Not so with the EXM-2750S.......those pecs will be punished to the very end of each and every repetition. Theoretically, you should be able to train less for the same benefit you would get from another gym.

Pros
Bi-Angular Technology. Anything that increases your workout efficiency by 25% gets a thumbs up from Home Gym Review
foot brace helps you to maintain a good position when seated rowing
ab crunch cable allows you to really target those abs rather than using the lat pulldown or low row which most home gyms call their ab station. Plus, if you are willing to experiment you can find plenty of other exercises to do with that cable just like the adventurous team at Home Gym Review did
adjustable thigh pad for lat pulldown
excellent quality materials
lifetime warranty
Cons
this gym is a bit pricey. We don't say its overpriced but if you are on a budget the EXM-2750S might be out of your price range for a single station homegym.
Overall
The BodySolid EXM-2750 is a classy piece of top notch, homegym machinery. If you only want a single station and money is not really an issue than look no further.

N.B. - the leg press is sold separately for $599.99. Bigfitness provide a link to it from the bottom of the EXM-2750s page
If you like this gym but wished you could get a little more for that price (about $2100 with the leg press) have a look at the Body Craft Family Xpress (also reviewed by us) which has multiple stations and 2 weight stacks for a similar price.
